She has successfully managed and executed every stage of the marketing and sales funnel throughout her career. She holds an MBA in finance, which allows her to bridge data and execution. With experience leading teams both large (40+) and small, Rose is skilled at driving results and making things happen.
Rose led business development and strategic marketing efforts for one of the fastest-growing Am Law 100 firms. She’s advised at the firm, practice, and individual attorney level for Intellectual Property, Labor & Employment, Litigation, Health Care, Corporate, Technology, and Real Estate law.
To support law firm growth, Rose has collaborated with legal recruiting and new lateral attorneys to develop attorney and practice BD and marketing plans to ensure a seamless and profitable transition.
